FAQs

  • How do I book my wedding date with you?

Booking your wedding date with us is simple! Reach out to us either through our Contact Us page or by calling 218-393-7651 to see if we have your date available. From there, we can set up a Zoom or phone call if you would like, or if you are already wanting to book, we will send you a contract for you to sign via DocuSign as well as an invoice for the deposit. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your date. Deposits can be made through our secure payment processor "Square" or by cash or money order. Once the contract is signed and we have the deposit, your wedding date is booked!

  • Do you travel?

We will travel up to 200 miles from Duluth, Minnesota. (Additional cost of $300.00 if location is 60+ miles from Duluth, Minnesota.)

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major debit/credit cards through either the secure payment processor "Square" via an invoice link. We also accept cash or money orders.

  • Do you film rehearsal dinners?

We can sometimes film Rehearsal Dinners by request (additional rates apply and are determined on a case by case basis). If you are interested, contact us and we will let you know if we can make it work!

  • What kind of cameras do you use?

We use the Sony A7IV and the Sony A7III. We also use the Sony A6400 as a third camera for the Ceremony and for Speeches. All three cameras shoot in 4K.

  • What if I want more Blue-Rays of my wedding?

We will send you additional copies of the Blu-Ray in a custom case for $10.00 each.

  • Can music from my wedding be used in the video?

Due to copyright laws, we are unfortunately not able to use music from your actual wedding day in the video unless it is in the public domain. We have a license to a huge library of royalty-free music and we always try to find music that is similar to the music used on your wedding day. The questionnaire that we send out prior to your wedding day will ask some questions about your musical tastes, and we use your responses to determine what royalty free music we use throughout your video. If you would like to be more hands-on with the music selection, you can browse the song options on Storyblocks and Soundstripe which are sites we have licenses through.

  • Do you do drone work?

Wyatt is a licensed FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and we own a DJI Mavic 3 Cine drone. While we will bring our drone to all wedding shoots, that does not mean we will with 100% certainty be able to fly. Factors such as weather, approved airspaces, and other potential factors that could make flight unsafe will determine whether we are able to fly for a wedding. Because of these uncontrollable factors, we do not charge extra for drone footage for weddings but will get drone footage if Wyatt deems it safe and all necessary factors are met. For projects other than weddings, we also offer contract drone work! Contact us today for a quote!

  • What audio equipment do you use for weddings?

We use Rode microphones on both cameras throughout the entire wedding day. In addition, we have a wireless Comica microphone that the groom can wear if he chooses. During the reception we will often try to tap into the DJ's soundboard with a Zoom H6 recorder to get the purest form of audio for the reception audio. On the questionnaire we send out to the couple, we ask for the DJ's company and name so we can reach out ahead of time to coordinate that.

  • Will the full ceremony & speeches be in the video?

Yes! The full ceremony and speeches are edited together from three different camera angles with quality audio in your full video.

  • What if I have a different Highlight Reel style in mind?

If you have a style in mind for your highlight reel that is different than our previous work you've seen, let us know! We are always open to creative challenges and would love the opportunity to bring the highlight reel you imagine to life.
